What you walk away with

By week 10 you have a track record.

Same program, same three pillars, same 10-week structure across every track. The Social Impact track points all of it at one industry, so the partner orgs, the briefs and the mentors are matched to where you want to build a career.

A track record, not a transcript

Shipped work inside a real organisation. Evidence you can do the job, not a certificate that says you sat through it.

A portfolio of proof

A case study, the artefacts, the metrics. The stuff that gets you the interview.

A real network

Mentors, partner organisations and a cohort that has your back long after week 10.

References that mean something

From people who watched you work under real pressure.

The method

Three pillars. One operator mindset.

Pillar 01

Mental Agility

Reps in adaptability, resilience and reflection. You learn to move when the ground moves, and to reflect like it's a skill, because it is.

Pillar 02

Entrepreneurial Thinking

Find the problem worth solving, scope it, and back yourself to ship. Lean, customer-first, bias to action.

Pillar 03

AI Adoption

Build your own AI stack and use it like an operator. The people getting hired don't fear the tools, they out-ship with them.

The 10 weeks

Three weeks to think. Five to build. Two to prove it.

Three weeks of foundational thinking, five weeks embedded on a live brief inside a partner organisation, two weeks turning the work into evidence.

Phase 01FoundationsWeeks 1–3
Week 1
Orientation & the operator mindset
Meet your cohort, set your BHAG, and learn the safe-to-fail contract. We assess how you orient to a goal, not just whether you hit it.
Week 2
Entrepreneurial thinking
Problem-finding, customer discovery and lean method. Stop waiting for a brief, learn to find the work worth doing.
Week 3
AI adoption & tooling
Assemble your personal AI stack and ship faster with it. By Friday you're using it like a junior operator, not a novelty.
Phase 02Live partner projectWeeks 4–8
Weeks 4–8
Embedded in a real organisation
You're placed inside a partner org with a real brief and real stakes. Weekly Friday stand-ups, mentor reviews, and shipped increments. This is the part that becomes your track record.
Phase 03Synthesis & showcaseWeeks 9–10
Week 9
Package the evidence
Turn the work into a portfolio: the case study, the artefacts, the numbers, the reflection. Proof a hiring manager can actually read.
Week 10
Showcase & demo day
Present to mentors and partner orgs. Walk out with references from people who watched you work, and a track record instead of a transcript.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Do I need any experience or qualifications?
No. There are no prerequisites. We select for attitude and coachability. Some of our strongest participants came in with no CV to speak of.
Is there a job at the end?
No guarantee, and we won't pretend otherwise. What you walk away with is a track record, a portfolio, a network and references. That is what actually gets people hired.
Is it online or in person?
Hybrid. Remote sessions through the week, with in-person anchor days in Melbourne and Frankston.
What's the real time commitment?
Around 15 hours a week for the full 10 weeks, including a Friday stand-up. It is designed to run alongside part-time work or study.
Can my parents, employer or institution pay?
Yes. We can invoice a parent, an employer sponsor or an institution directly. Scholarship seats are available through partner institutions.
What happens if my project doesn't work?
Productive failure is permitted, encouraged and assessed favourably. How you orient to the goal matters more than whether you hit it. The post-mortem is the point.
